Project description: Enclose patio rear of home to match existing exterior siding materials and window pattern.

Walls framed, insulated. Doors and windows installed. Siding and exterior trim installed and painted.

Materials by Lowe's Home Improvement

Vapor barrier installed to prevent moisture in the air from penetrating the walls. All building materials for this project purchased and delivered to the project by Lowe's Home Improvement.

The exterior finish of the new patio enclosure includes 6" trim matching the existing pattern shown above with horizontal battens 16" on center.
